FOOD JUSTICE WORKING GROUP

Our mission is to make food accessible and free to everyone in our Community. 

We are doing this by participating in the ongoing distribution of food to the community fridges in Kingston located at 122 Clinton Avenue, by the Clinton Avenue United Methodist Church and at 587 Abeel Street, at Blackbird Cafe, is open 24 hours.

Some members commit to bring food directly to the fridges, and some bring non perishable food items to the donation box in the Sanctuary Hallway.

As a congregation we can support the goal of keeping the community fridges alive by donating what we can.
