Kundalini YOGA 101 - Prior to Class

YOGA is Back at UUCatskills! 
Family and Solo Kundalini* Yoga  resumes for the months of September and October

In addition to the regularly scheduled 9:30 am Friday morning Yoga group, on Friday, October 2 at 9 am, we will host a special ‘Kundalini 101’ before our yoga class. Here you can learn about the basics, including the mantras and breathwork, and then stay for the class.  

No prior experience with yoga is needed and adaptations for chair use  are provided.

Donations welcome on a sliding scale ($5-$13.) To donate, select:

Led by HariPraakash, a Kingston-based Kundalini practitioner.
