We will gather to discuss the film 13th. Please watch the movie on your own anytime between now and our planned gathering. 13th is an Ava DuVernay documentary that explores the history of racial inequality in the United States, focusing on the fact that the nation's prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans. The film can be watched for free on Netflix (with your subscription) or on YouTube.
